For some reason this week has seemed busier than usual. I think we are finally getting into our new "school time" schedule. Maddie also started preschool and goes mon, wed, and fri. She has dance every monday. I have been going over to the gym while she is in class and running on the treadmill for 30 min. while she is in class.
Paige and Hannah have school everyday which Hannah is soooo excited about. She loves going to school every day and likes doing her homework each night. Not sure long how long that will last but for now she can't wait until school starts each day. Of course I think she asks me about a million times a day "is it time to go yet?"
Tuesdays are date night for Jai and I. We usually end up running errands or going shopping for things we need. They always seem to start out with "what do you wanna do tonight?" "I dunno what do you wanna do?" I just like being with him without the kids for a few hours. We also like going to the movies, or going out to dinner.
Wednesday we have school for everybody. After school Hannah and Paige have tumbeling. Which they have really been enjoying. After watching the olympics Paige decided she wanted to do Gymnastics. I haven't been able to find an actual "gynmastics" place so tumbeling it is. I also head over to gym while they are in tumbeling and run again.
Thursday starts my work week at the hospital. I usually only get to see the girls for about ten minutes after school before I have to leave. Jai takes care of the kids while I am gone and I have a feeling they have a lot of fun while I am gone. Dad has been known to go out and jump with the kids on the tramp and spends a lot of time outdoors with them. I will do this on occasion but I think Jai really enjoys it. Recently they have been roller skating. Maddie got a new pair of skates for her birthday and asks to skate everyday.
Friday is early out for Hannah and Paige. Maddie has preschool and I work once again. I leave before Maddie is home. I always miss seeing her before I leave. Jai recently started 4 10's so he is off every friday. I love having Jai home all weekend. He might not feel the same way. I joke that I go to work for a break. He probably feels the same way.
Then comes the weekend. Luckily I have been able to work out my schedule so I only work very other weekend. The weekends I do have to work, I work Saturday and Sunday. I can basically pick my schedule those days. As long as I get eight hours in each day they don't really care when I am there. We try to do something fun as a family over the weekend. Whether it be a trip to the zoo, out to see a movie, or just going for a bike ride. I love to spend time when we are all together. The girls have many friends around the neighborhood and spend a lot of time off playing.
The weeks seem to be flying by and before I know it we are back at Monday again. I am hoping that by blogging I will be able to look back and actually see what went on in our life because it goes by so fast and we seem so busy all the time. It is easy to forget...although some of it I would like to forget. Like the dang dishes and the oodles and oodles of laundry each week that I wish would just go away. Unfortunately, I am discovering that wishes don't come true and the house cleaning fairy won't be coming to visit me each night.

WOW! Sounds like your family life is crazy busy...but good. I got your blog address from your myspace bulletin. Welcome to the fun world of blogging. It was really hard for me to get into the groove of things but I finally gave in to. I love it now. Hopefully you will get the hang of it faster than I did...LOL
The polka dots were a giant pain! I don't recommend painting them. go to www.etsy.com you can buy vinyl ones. I took a set of serving bowls and traced circles on the wall and then hand painted the edges and rolled the middles of all of them with a 3 inch roller. They each took 3 coats. Pick up an extra shift and buy the stickers.
HEY Jody its kelsie :-) I found your blog through Karin's. YEAH now we can be blogger buddies!! Your family is so fun! Can't wait to see more fun on your blog!
